Head Gasket Replacement
The head gasket is located at the top of the engine block under the head. Its purpose is to contain engine compression and to separate the three liquids in the engine from each other. If the gasket is “blown,” meaning if it fails in its purpose, the consequences are serious and action must be taken to correct the situation. In some cases a “blown head gasket can cause other major issues, which can only be confirmed with the cylinder heads after disassembled. Catching a head gasket issue early on can save thousands in repair bills.

We do complete replacement including component kits, antifreeze and water pumps. Some models can recommend replacement as often as every 40,000 Miles. Timing belts are made similar to regular engine drive belts and wear out and crack over time, we are here to keep preventative maintenance where it needs to be with all of our work having full warranties.
Tune- Ups
As with all preventative maintenance performed on an automobile, tune-ups can prevent larger problems from occurring on a vehicle. The filters if not replaced can clog with use and prevent flow, starving the engine of fuel or air. Spark plugs have a recommended service lifetime replacement varies by type of spark plug and manufacturer specifications, and old spark plugs may cause engine to misfire.
Valve Cover Gasket
Replacement The valve cover is a metal cover that is found on very top of the engine. The valve cover is attached to the engine by a gasket made of rubber or cork. The valve cover and gasket seal the top of the engine and prevent oil leaks. These covers are removable so the mechanic can access the valves for adjustment. Because of the high temperature of the engine, it is common for the valve cover gasket to get brittle and break. If the gasket is worn out, it will leak engine oil and the top of the engine will be covered in oil. Since the engine is losing oil, running the car for too long without an inspection and repair can cause engine damage.
